Add your first domain
A domain is one website you manage with OptSens. Adding one scans the site, recommends a plan, and starts a guided setup that builds your cookie declaration and consent banner.
Start from the dashboard
- Sign in at my.optsens.com.
- Click Add Domain in the top navigation. On a new account you can also choose Get Started on the welcome screen, or Add your first site on the empty Sites page. All three open the same flow.
- Enter your site URL, including
https://, and start the scan.
OptSens scans up to a few pages of your site to detect the cookies, scripts and third-party iframes it sets. The scan usually takes one to three minutes depending on site size.
Use the address visitors reach, for example https://example.com. A
leading www. is normalized to the apex form automatically. The same
domain cannot be added twice.
Review the scan results
When the scan finishes you see a report with:
- Cookies detected
- Tracking scripts
- Third-party iframes (when found)
- Pages scanned
Below the report, OptSens recommends a plan based on what it found. You can accept the recommendation or open See all plans to compare. See Choose a plan for how plans differ.
Pick a plan and continue
Click Get [plan] plan to continue to checkout with the recommended plan, or open See all plans to choose a different one. After payment, the domain is added to your account and the guided onboarding opens.
Guided onboarding
Onboarding walks through every setup step and saves your progress after each one. You can leave and return. The steps are:

You can revisit any earlier step from the review screens to make changes.
Install and verify
The Integration step gives you your Domain ID and snippet. Install it with the method that fits your platform: see Install OptSens. Then confirm it works: Verify your installation.
After onboarding
Your domain appears on the Sites page. From there you open its dashboard, change its plan, or add another domain. Scheduled rescans keep the cookie declaration current on plans that include them.
