Team members

Invite colleagues to work on a domain with you. Team management is per domain: the Team page shows members for whichever domain is selected in the domain selector at the top. Switch the domain to switch the member list.

Plan requirement

Team members are available on the Pro plan and above. On lower plans the Team page is locked and prompts you to upgrade. Each plan also caps how many members a domain can have. The page shows your current count against the limit.

Roles

There are three roles. Only the owner can manage billing, plans and domain deletion.

RoleCan doCannot do
OwnerEverything on the domain, including billing, plans and deleting the domain-
EditorEdit banner settings, manage cookies and scripts, run scansAccess billing, change plans, or delete the domain
ViewerView the dashboard, analytics, scan results and consent logsChange any settings

Invite a member

  1. Select the domain at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Open Team and choose Invite member.
  3. Enter the teammate's email and pick Editor or Viewer.
  4. Send the invite.

The invitee gets an email with a link to accept. Until they accept, the member shows as Pending.

Manage members

Each member row carries a status: Pending, Expired, or the member's role once active.

  • Change role: open the pencil icon on a member to switch them between Editor and Viewer.
  • Resend invite: for pending or expired invites, resend the email. Resends are rate limited.
  • Remove: remove a member at any time. The owner cannot be removed.

Shared domains

When someone invites you to their domain, that domain appears under Shared with you on the Sites page with your role, and you can select it from the domain selector at the top. You can work on it, but you cannot manage the owner's team or change their plan. To manage your own team, switch back to a domain you own.
