Plans and billing
Each domain on your account has its own plan and its own subscription. You manage everything from Billing in the dashboard.
Plans
OptSens has four self-serve plans, plus a custom Enterprise tier:
- Essential
- Plus
- Pro
- Business
- Enterprise (custom, arranged with sales)
Plans differ by features, not just size. Higher plans add monthly session volume, deeper scans, more banner languages, and consent frameworks. The exact feature list for each plan is on the Plans page in the dashboard and at Choose a plan.
| Feature | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Monthly sessions | All plans (volume increases per tier) |
| Pages scanned per scan | All plans (increases per tier) |
| Scan frequency | One-time, monthly or weekly by tier |
| Banner languages | More languages on higher tiers |
| Google Consent Mode v2 | All plans |
| IAB TCF, Microsoft UET, Amazon ACS | Plus and above |
| Google Additional Consent | Pro and above |
| Geo targeting rules | Plus and above |
| A/B testing | Business and above |
| Hide OptSens branding | Pro and above |
| Banner customization (per-button colors, fonts, custom CSS when it ships) | Pro and above |
| Custom logo upload | Business and above |
| Consent log retention | Longer on higher tiers |
| REST API and webhooks | Business and above |
Pricing is per site, per month. Pick your display currency from the currency selector on the Plans and Billing pages.
Subscriptions
The Billing page lists every domain subscription. Each row shows the plan, the domain, the status (active, cancelled, past due, suspended) and the renewal date.
- Active: renews on the date shown.
- Cancelled: stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops.
- Past due: a renewal payment failed. Add or update a card and the retry runs right away.
- Suspended: several renewal payments failed in a row. Update your card and reactivate to restore the domain.
Enterprise domains are billed by invoice and show an Invoice badge. They are managed with our team, not changed self-serve.
Change a plan
To move a domain up or down a tier, open Change plan on the subscription row (or from Sites). This takes you to the Plans page scoped to that domain, where you confirm the new tier at checkout.
Settle any unpaid session overage before changing a plan.
Session overage
If a domain goes over its monthly session allowance, the extra is billed per 1,000 sessions (shown excluding VAT). By default it is added to that domain's next renewal automatically and requires no manual payment.
The pending amount also appears in its own section on Billing with a per-period breakdown and a Pay button for settling it earlier. You must clear any outstanding overage before you can change that domain's plan.
Payment methods
Add a card under Payment methods. You can set a default card and remove cards you no longer use. The dashboard flags cards that are expired or expiring soon.
Invoices and receipts
Transaction history lists every payment with date, description, card, status and amount. When a fiscal receipt is available, download it from the receipt icon on the row.
Cancel a subscription
To stop a domain's subscription, open Cancel on its row on the Billing page. The subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period and does not renew after that. The domain keeps working through the time you have already paid for.
While a cancelled standard plan is still within its paid period, you can undo the cancellation from Billing with Reactivate at no extra charge. Once it has expired, subscribe again to bring it back.
