Consent logs
The Consent Logs page lists each consent event recorded for the active domain, with its context and proof links. Open it from the sidebar.
What each row shows
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Consent ID | Identifier for the event, used to look it up |
| Device | Platform the visitor used, when known |
| Country | Country resolved from the visitor IP at consent time |
| Browser | Browser name and version, when known |
| Date/Time | When the choice was saved |
Each row links to a Details view, a consent proof PDF, and a consent receipt when one exists. The proof PDF is a per-event record for audits.
Summary cards
Four cards above the table summarize the rows currently loaded: total consents, accept rate, reject rate and partial rate. A consent counts as accepted when every non-necessary category is granted, rejected when every one is denied, and partial otherwise.
Filtering and search
- Date range: set a start and end date, then apply the filter to load events from that window.
- Search (DSAR): search by consent ID, user ID, or country to find the records for a single visitor request. See DSAR requests.
Export
Two buttons export the rows you have loaded:
- CSV: consent ID, device, country, browser and date/time per row.
- PDF: the same table with a summary header, for sharing or archiving.
Both exports respect the active date filter.
Detail requires consent logging
Counts are always recorded. The per-event detail, device, browser, country and the compliance strings, is only stored when consent logging is enabled for the domain. When it is off, the page shows a notice and the table stays empty.
Turn it on under Privacy Settings. See Consent records for what is stored and Data retention for how long it is kept.
